| Neohori is located 9Km south of the city. There are medieval manuscripts that refer the village but no sign of the medieval village has preserved. It is a rather newly built village, its name means New Village. The inhabitants are mainly farmers. The main church is devoted to Virgin Mary and it’s an example of the local architecture of the 19th century. The heaven of Neohori is the excellent and well known beach of Aghia Fotia. The famous Monastery of Aghios Menas overlooks the village from the hill nearby. |

It is located about 3 hours from atnens...i cant to see is this neohori... there is many villages named neohori, that village where i was has beach named Korasida. it is about 20 minutes from Neohori, and in centre of vilage there is pump Eko,and in front of pump there is restourant wich is closed.
