Myrmigi

Myrmigi is a small village at the SE part of the island, 13 km from Chios Town. There is a magnificent ravine at the western part of the village with vivid flora. Worth visiting is the church of St. John, the Spring of Karaman Agas and the Genoan irrigation works, a big, excellent architecturally, well and a stoned arched tunnel leading to a spring. The spring does not exist anymore. About 50 inhabitants live at the village nowadays.
