There are lot of shops in Chios. Mini Markets and Gift Shops are open all day long in many tourist areas of the island.
The opening hours of all other shops are:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday : 8:30 - 14:00, 18:00 - 21:00
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: 8:30 - 14:15
Super Markets:
Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri.: 8:00 - 21:00 and Wend: 8:00 - 15:30, Sat.: 8:00 - 18:00
Gas Stations:
Mon. to Sat.: 7:00 to 19:00, there is also open a small number of gas stations every day from 19:00 to 23:00 as well as in Sundays according to a schedule you can find posted at every gas station on the island. Most of Gas Stations have bowsers you may use 24h a day, even if there is no personell at the Gas Station. |
