Fita, Chios

Fita (40 Km from the town) means plants and their abundance in the area gave the name to this village. The castle and tower are dated back to 1516 AD. Exceptionally beautiful landscape and rich spring waters that used to move 8 water mills in the past. Local celebration of Aghia Marina on July 17th.
