Cancellation Policy

Accomodation

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so online at this page or by telephoning the Chiosonline Assistance Centre +30 22710 40427. You will need to have your booking confirmation code to hand.

Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel your booking for free (by phone or by using this page) provided you contact us at least 21 days prior to the date of your arrival.

Specific cancellation terms may relate to your chosen accommodation venue. These will appear on the choosen hotel web page, to the extent that they are inconsistent with what is written here, such specific terms shall prevail.

Any cancellations received within 21 to 14 days of the date of your arrival at your chosen accommodation venue will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of two night's stay (inclusive of any taxes).

Any cancellations received within 13 to 4 days of the date of your arrival at your chosen accommodation venue will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 50% of your initial total booking cost (inclusive of any taxes).

Any cancellations received at 3 days or less or of the date of your arrival at your chosen accommodation venue or failure to arrive at your chosen accommodation venue will be subject to a no-show fee equivalent up to the total cost of your booking (inclusive of any taxes).

Cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you.

Car Rentals

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so online at this page or by telephoning the Chiosonline Assistance Centre +30 22710 40427. You will need to have your booking confirmation code to hand. Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel your booking for free (by phone or by using this page) provided you contact us at least 7 days prior to the date of your arrival, else we will charge you for the cost of one day.

Cancellation or no-show fees, as stated above, may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you.
